Last night while I was changing reservoir on my daughters pump (Paradigm 522) I got A33 error message. :frown: I called Minimed I they are sending replacement. I don't know how long it will take because we live in Canada and they are shipping from USA. Somehow, after so many tries, I managed to change reservoir and pump looks OK now. Did you ever had problem like this and do you think is it still OK to use the pump until new one arrives?:confused:

I have a 715 and just got an alarm this morning, but never have had that error. Im glad that they replaced it so fast. Can U find out how long exactly it would take? They prob have a tracking number. Even better, Im glad at least you have it working for now.

I had that error about 3 months or so ago, Blood surgers were high and when I primed it prior to the error is squirted insulin. Minimed said it is an error on the pump reading the reservoir or somthing. It was a friday, they overnighted a replacement that arrived on saturday. Mine didn't work at all since I could not prime it.

Same happened to me. I was in a loop of rewinding and priming. I fix it by replacing batteries to reset the pump and then starting prime from the beginning. It worked that time but doesn't mean that will work next and also I'm not sure for the accuracy.

I asked for tracking code but they still don't have it. I'll try to contact Canadian Minimed office and ask if they can send as loaner pump while we waiting for new one.
