Alot do and there's no reason not to. It's similar to Humalog and Apidra and since we all have different bodies, it may work better for some. The only major difference between Novolog, Humalog, and Apidra is the manufacturer.

sure, novolog is used in MDI therapy

Yes, I was on Novolog via syringe before I pumped with Lantus, and even now inject it once in awhile.
