Also, many of the major diabetic supply companies offer them as well. I know Eli Lilly has one as I tried for that one back during my colege days.

Okay, there are so many peoples who want money for free information. I am broke but want to work. I hear that there are government grants out there to start a business. I would like to get in on this to have my own income and be independent of anyone! I have worked and paid taxes and dues for 22 years. So someone else could make money. If you have it you can get it. Guess what? Don't have it.
