That was indeed cool, Linda! There doesn't seem to be too many diabetic superheroes out there.

That's actually one BAMF looking superhero there. Even better than most of the mainstream superheroes around. Never been a big comic reader but still appreciate the genre. Written words ,when good, can surpass what an illustration is capable of conveying.

Arrghh gotta admit I cringed rather heavily on seeing that. Bit heavyhanded IMHO but I guess I'm a bit too old for the target market!

Still, that's a general thing with me, I'm not particularly a fan of reading about diabetes unless it's to do with research, I get uncomfortable when I get reminded I'm not perfect :)
