Anyone know what's a good price on 600mg tabs of this stuff?

One of my caregivers suggested it as a possible remedy for my neuropathy. The Germans actually prescribe it in doses like that.

Seeing all sorts of prices on the web. Not sure which ones are good/bad/fake.

I can't tell you about price, but I do know that ALA is a racemic compound that has (R)ight and (L)eft handed isomers. Most preparations contain a 50/50 mix, but the R isomer is really the only one you want. This is a bulky component so if you are going to take so much, there is a benefit to getting the R, even if the R is a bit more expensive (but you need only half or 300mg of the R).
