Fudgicles aren't that bad. I think a typical one is only like 10-15 grams. I'd have to look it up though.

Edit: Calorie King says 17 grams. I was pretty close.

Going for one right now. I love those things and thought they would be worse.

Eating the fudgsicle, did you feel like you were rewarding yourself for a job well done? If so, I recommend you notice if that is a HABIT. If so, it might need to be a habit you break.

Fat's NOT the issue if you are trying to control your BG, carbs are. Fat will slow the digestion of food which may or may not be a benefit for controlling diabetes, but otherwise just isn't relevant to the disease.

well im allowed 30 grams of carbs for a snack, so i didnt do anything wrong i actuallly ate less carbs than required, and fat is an issue, because im required to lose weight along with the diabetes control etc...... so all the things that i can eat with less fat is better for me

numbers were even lower today

i got down to 94 today yippeeeeeeee

Y'all got Mayfield Brand there in KY Stacey?? If so, they make 'fudge stix' Light that are fat free and no sugar added!! Mayfield anything is pretty darn good stuff! LOL I think the regular fudgesicle brand has a light version as well. I know I've eaten some brand (can't remember which) of the no fat/no sugar added fudgesicles, and it was pretty good!
