I did extra 10 units(novorapid)for a bowl of cereal tonight at 11.30pm,but I think I did it twice. This meaning I may have done 20 units for 1 bowl of cereal,I've just tested and I'm 7.1.Bit worried about going to sleep, may wait 20 minutes and test again.

I'd probably wait another hour or set an alarm to wake you in an hour so you can check again. Better safe than sorry...

You have a very high insulin to carb ratio. Overshooting by 10 would be very bad for me, but maybe not as bad for you. Still, don't take chances. Set a bunch of alarms and if you are not alone, make sure someone wakes you. I find it way to easy to hit snooze.

If it was me, I'd stay up till I was sure I wasn't going low. If I was sure I did OD, I'd carb it then go to bed.

Thanks both.I had 20 carbs before bed and I'm testing 12.6 now,so still unsure about the unit intake.Anyway dont feel like breakfast so have just done 7 units and wait for dinner.
