Well done Neil. And how did you do it? I really hope you had some help from some friends...
It'd make me feel inadequate, knowing you did that, getting down from 10 to 7.2 with no help, time or effort put in by anyone else...
I certainly couldn't do it without my friends' help and support, thats for sure.
After all the hard work put in by some of us to help you Neil please please do not go back to your old bad ways again.
I saw in 1 of your other posts that you had started down that root again.
Now you have proved you can keep your numbers down keep up the good work. It's not that difficult is it?

Just keep up the good work! Diabetes isn't easy to manage or deal with. Sometimes, I just want to give up but my supporting cast (The forums, my fiancee, family) help me get through it.

You are most welcome Neil. Now please keep it up. You have 2 gorgeous daughters to think of, remember. Gabby and Caitlin deserve to see their daddy nice and healthy, and setting a GOOD example for them. Oh and... will you bloody keep in touch???
