Program download?

Is anyone else having problems downloading and installing the program to upload your readings from the monitor? I keep getting errors when I try to install it.

US still being worked on. The client only works with the Freestyle flash. In the client Shane is writing, it currently supports the utlra well but isn't ready for release yet. Hope it comes soon too but unfortunatly Shane, I, and "Team Diabuddies" work on the site only when we have down time. Which is rare. I have a lot of cool things I have been NEEDING (for my own personal diabetic management) but just haven't had time.

As for the client install I am using it and I don't know it others are using the new "one click" app that's linked directly on the site. What is the Error you are recieving? Do you have the .NET 2.0 Framework installed?

jjames I am not sure exactly whats going on with your install other then the obvious errors. I just installed the app on two other computers and it worked fine. :(

I was finally able to download the programs, but now I can't upload from my Freestyle. Each time I try, it freezes on "connecting to your meter" and then I have to end the program. Any ideas?

Well, it must have been a Firefox thing. I tried "downloading" it with Internet Explorer, and I'm not sure if it's working how it's supposed to, but I clicked "Install" and it fired right up. Just oddly this time you have to launch it from the site every time, did you remove an actual "installation" and shortcuts on the desktop, etc.?

Hrm. I'd like to check this out, I haven't heard of it before. What is the direct link to the diabuddies meter client?
