I'm Out!

Heya All,

Thanks for all your messages of support while I've been in hospital, just had a good read through of them all and will reply individually to the PM's later on, I just wanted to let you all know that I am out and am no longer ketotic.

I could (and probably will later on) write a lot more but I need to get my real life sorted out first, starting with some more blood testing strips cuz I burned through the hundred I got jsut before I went in :-)

Thanks for the good wishes. Just to be clear, while I am no longer ketotic, I still have exactly the same problems with control as before, which I am hopefully going to get resolved in the near future. Grrr.

Hey Sean,
Welcome back old buddy. I was really delighted when you decided to present youself at the hospital. Hopefully now things will start to turn around for you. Stick rigidly to your diet starting off and, as you are probably aware by now, you are the one who decides how you are going to look after yourself. I know you were lost as to what was happening you but the tighter the control you keep the better you will feel, even though you will still get highs and lows, they will not have the same devastating affects on you which you previously experienced. I hope now that you will get your life back in order again and can reach the goals you aim for. Look after your body friend as it's the only one you have and it will thank you for it by giving you less problems. I hope for the future you will continue to feel better and once again enjoy your life with far fewer things to worry you and will continue to so do for many years to come.
