do any of you take procardia xl for high blood pressure???

if so, what complications are you having or did have, do you swell?


my doc wants to switch me from diovan (which is the only bloodpressure pill that ever worked for me) to this drug, because we are trying to conceive, she thinks the diovan could cause me to miscarry etc...

however with that being said..... I DETEST SWELLING! if i swell im miserable.... and ill stop taking it period!

i know this doesnt have anything to do with diabetes... but in a rounda bout way it could lol

Sorry, I've no experience or knowlege of Procardia.

Uhm, you do know that there is often swelling involved in pregancy? And I don't just mean a swelling abdomen. And I'm pretty sure that if you don't keep BP controlled during preganancy you can fave some really extensive swelling anyway.
