New to the group , I have Pre-Diabetes almost Type 2. Working with my Doc right now on a 6 month deal to lose some weight, start walking every day and see if I can get my sugars under control. Don't really have any friends in my shoes, so maybe I can learn something here.
Doing treadmill 2 miles daily. Slowed WAY Down on the beer, Trying to do the low-no Carb deal and have lost 20 pounds since first Doctor warning in December!:cheers:
