It seems a wad of money can get what you want, Now i don't regard MacDonald's a healthy place to eat due to the fact thay keep their food for too long and so by doing that FAT is used sparingly. anyway here is the fact that $330K can buy the tick of approval for their burger!! Money, money money!

I thought my sister-in-law from Australia told me that vegetables could be bought at McDaonald's. I'm sure she told me that a meat-free patty of butternut squash (you may call it something else) and bulghur is sold. In USA, I think the only vegetables to be had at McD's are the tomatoes and lettuce on the burgers, or the lettuce and scant other vegs in a salad.
