Know that all foods are charged - some more than others (toot toot) but I am refering to a positive or a negative charge.
If red meats and milk products are hard on weak kidneys to process , is it becasuse they are they positively charged foods or just higher fat content?
Would it be possible to eat a balanced low GI diet of negatively charged foods to help your kidneys out some if you were having kidney problems?
I have asked my dietican and no one wants to answer me but I want to know or does the word balanced diet refer to eating a
balance of positive and negative foods as well as balancing the food groups.
Inquiry minds want to know so input is welcome.<smile>
