My team and I are designing an insulin pump. We hope to be able to cater to all diabetic patients as the insulin pump becomes widely used.:) :T

Iim not sure what risk cookies are or what risk there is on a one page survey that asks for no demographic information at all.

But having said that the survey isnt very well thought out

It's an OK survey to take. I think just another college project is all. Surveymonkey is a legit website for basically that, surveys.

If a true company were going to design one they would have the survey on their own site. Not to mention they wouldn't send people around spamming forums for info on pumps, they'd do more controlled studies.
