Day light savings tonight. Do I need to make any basal adjustment or just reset the clock and not worry about it?

Even if I have different basal settings for different hours of the day?

Yep, you might be slightly off for a bit, but there is really nothing you can do about it. You'll be back to normal within a day.

I also changed the time on my pump right before going to bed.

Me too (I happened to be up right at the time of the switch so that's when I did it). It's like when you are travelling to a new time zone; my drs have always told me to try to get my medicine schedule lined up with the new time as soon as possible.
