I just got my 722. Should I receive a sensor or transmitter with my pump to get started with the cgs ?

Did you ask for it? If you ordered the sensor kit for $999 and you plan on paying for the sensors ($350 for a box of 10) out of your own pocket, then yes, you should have received it. As far as I understand it to be, they are NOT covered by your insurance.
