hi,... i have been a type 1 diabetic since i was 13 years old and have been on the insulin pump for the past 5 years... and have had diabetic for 46 years... yes i am 59 ..

i seem to have a problem with getting air bubbles in the reservoir after wearing the new set for a day... the problem get worse in the summer.... i have to change my set every 2 days.. sometimes every day..

any suggestions on how to avoid those nasty air bubbles from forming in the reservoir and entering the tubbling..

I guess I'm not seeing why you'd need to change the set. Can't you prime out the air bubbles?

Why not? I guess I am not seeing the issue.

I do have air bubbles, but it's related to a different issue (I got a bad batch of 522 reservoirs). If there are a lot in the reservoir, I tap them to the top and prime them out. If they're only in the tubing, that's just another prime.

If there was a huge air bubble in the reservoir, I'd probably manually prime it out - rewind, take the reservoir out, prime bubbles out, replace reservoir.
