Liberty Medical provides supplies mostly for Medicare claims.

My dad did just a few months ago. He asked them not to send Humlalog with that order, they sent it anyway, and it arrived in a box that had nothing to keep it cool. The mailman had left it sitting out by the door for who knows how long.
Where we live it can be pretty warm even in the winter, so I personally thought it should have been kept cool.
My mom called them and they said they no longer mail insulin with ice packs or such, and they wouldn't take the insulin back either.
My parents dropped them after that.

Liberty is my plan's required mail order diabetes supplier for meters, test strips and lancets. Otherwise, I have a huge deductible. I've only used them a couple of times so far, and they seem to be OK for these supplies (with the one brand of meters my plan covers, Accu-Check).

I don't know how they would be for anything else.
