I followed the instructions sent with my upgraded 1800 pump about saving my history from Ver 1.0 and copying it into the software for Ver 2.0... It shows in CozManager but when I downloaded from CozManager to my pump, the history didn't transfer. Has anyone done this step yet? Does your history show up in your 1800?

I highly doubt it was designed to transfer history to the pump. Just pump settings to the pump and history from the pump.

There are instructions included on a single sheet on how to transfer the history from the Model 1700 pump to the 1800. I followed each step but the only history in the pump is from last night when I started using it.
I was thinking that someone else has done this and might help me figure out what happened...

Sorry, but at this point I kinda doubt you'll have much luck here. Only you and Doug have upgraded so far.

I'm sure Doug has pretty much figured everything out about the new software. Maybe he will have some suggestions. It isn't a big thing, I have the history back to when I got my original pump saved in Ver 2 so if I need to print a report, I can do that. I was just trying to follow all the instructions I was sent and it is nice to be able go go back in the history and get some averages.

By the way, I could not get into the on-line training link this morning so I had to run the CD to get information. I'm wondering if Smith-Medical changed the site so all of the readers of this forum can't go in early, take the training, and then call them.

I posted the original "Training" link on another thread and it worked until I installed the CozManager Ver 2.0 software. I had to remove three Windows XP updates to get the Ver 2.0 to work. Once those were removed, I could no longer click on the training links and open them. I'm not sure why this happened but it did. At least I have the CD to view if I need to.
