After a month I finally got my A1C back from the doctor.
I called two weeks ago and asked for the results and did not recieve a call. SO I call again today and within 20 minutes I get a call back asking if I got my results. Well duh, no, that is why I am calling. So I get a lecture about how I should have called and I told her that I did. Then she said I should have called back again sooner. But any way enough about that....
My A1C is 6.6 .2 down form 3 months ago. But my muscle enzymes are off so they are taking me off the tricor cholesterol medicine. She told me that I might experience some muscle fatigue and general tiredness (is that a word?).
Well I already had that so no more tricor for me. I go back next month and get the enzyme test again. Hopefully they do it right this time. Last time they forgot my a1c test then this time they forget to send the results. I think I need a new doctor whose staff is a little better organized.
