Well Here's Hoping

Have not posted in a while as I was feeliing defeated and down because of my high BS. It's been four years plus since I have been having reading in the 20's and getting know results.

It is really hard to get a doctor in this area, but as luck would have it I found one and will be switching to my new doctor come this Monday. I think and hope that I will get better results from this doctor.

Well will report back next week how it went.

Hey Chris,

How many endo's around there, any at all? How about opthamologists? I'd recommend an endo over a GP any day. It'd be worth the drive to Halifax or Kentville.

Well I know there are a few located in Halifax and I think when I go to my doctor and she see what has been going on she might just send me to one anyways.

I am going into this with a new outlook in such that I will ask my doctor for referrals to whoever can best treat this. I agree most GP's do not have the background needed to treat diabetes.

I have high hopes about getting control of my BS's and will exhaust all roads till I get proper control.
