My MM 522 is to be replaced today as it is on its way now. There was some software problems and it would stay in the prime loop and not allow the pump to function. I was fianlly able to get it out of the loop after 20 minutes of playing with it and going through theprime screen maybe a hundred times. I called and they said no problem on replacing it. This was on Thursday and I waited around on Friday morning for the next day air shipment. I get a call Friday at 2:30 PM saying we are out of stock on the pump one will be shipped out today and be there Saturday morning. A call on Thursday night would have been nice so I did not waist Friday waiting for it. The pump is working so that is not a problem. My question is I paid for a new pump 5 months ago now I am getting a used pump. I know it is warrenteed for 4 years and it is a factory rebuild so to say. It just does not seem right tha tI have a new one now getting a used one. Kind of like buying a new car and getting a used one back when you bring it in for service. I'm not worried about it just does not seem right. What do you think?

My pump :( fell off my clothing while i was changing and broke the glass. MM sent me another one the next day and it is great:D it was actually better then my old pump. The new one had alot of the updated features on it. :o I have not had a problem out of it at all. I understand what your saying about buying a new one and getting one replaced with a used but I think they would have to do it that way or they would be wasting alot of products and some people like me have had it 4 years before it breaks so I think you got caught in a catch 22 if that makes any sense to you, but if I had only had my pump for 4 or 5 months I would want a new one too
