As BrioH says in his other post the kidney is a filter, microalbuminiria are tiny particles not getting trapped by the filter, proteinuria are larger particles. Obviously if proteinuria gets through the sieve so will the microlbuminria.
(fortunately the kidneys can lose a large amount of function
(90%) before they stop working )
It seems as if your doctor is monitoring the situation using a dipstick test at regular intervals, these don't show the concentration of the protein which can be affected by the volume of urine. There are other tests but I don't know about their availability in Pakistan. There's more about this at Asymptomatic Proteinuria (http://renux.dmed.ed.ac.uk/EdREN/EdRenINFObits/ProteinuriaLong.html)
another useful siteYour Kidneys and How They Work (http://kidney.niddk.nih.gov/kudiseases/pubs/yourkidneys/)
Everything I read suggests that one of the most important things (alongside BG control) is that your blood pressure is not too high maximum 130/80 or even lower if there is a lot of protein in the urine.
You ask about reduction of protein as a lactovegetarian. I found an article about vegetarian diets for people with renal probelms that details protein requirements(you do need some) and the amounts in various plant foods Vegetarian Journal 2004 Issue 2 -- The Vegetarian Resource Group (http://www.vrg.org/journal/vj2004issue2/vj2004issue2kidney.htm) but personal dietary advice would be much better. If you are able to see a dietician locally I'm sure that they will have experience of adapting your type of diet.

Sorry, I didn't mean to suggest otherwise but access to resources does vary from country to country.

The reason that I suggested seeing a dietician is so they can evaluate your whole diet. Cutting out dairy products completely would cut your protein , it might also reduce your intake of other things such as calcium. You can't look at one food type in isolation.
The vegetarian article I mentioned is aimed at people with more severe problems than you have but does give some advice on protein needs and suggests that plant proteins are 'less demanding on kidney clearance' .
