This is the second time in 2 orders that they have sent me the wrong resivoirs.... I am quite upset as now I cannot use my pump...

I'd be upset too. Maybe it's time to try ordering from a third party vendor? Animas has great customer service, and sells Minimed supplies.
It's always a good idea to have back up supplies though. Can you ask your educator or rep for samples till your order is corrected?

Ugh, that's ridiculous :rolleyes:. I hope you gave them a piece of your mind~ you should definitely be compensated for that mistake.

I hate it for you Clint, but at least now I know that MM's customer service hasn't gone up from where it was when I was a customer of theirs.
Do what FunnyGirl said and order from Animas, or at least order from someone else. they shouldn't get as much of your money as they are getting and still mess with you like that.

this is the second time they have done this, you would THINK that the company that sold me my pump, would know what pump I have and send me the correct supplies...
Next time, I will use Animas.

I'm wondering if there is a HUGE difference between MM Canada and MM USA or worldwide. So far so good here with MM.
Actually, I had a resevoir problem two weeks ago, couldn't use the plunger. I called MM and they sent me two replacements via courier the next day. They also sent me a package to return the failed one for testing. Frankly the whole transaction and 2 courier shipments must have cost them more then the resevoirs so it seems (on the surface) that they are very very dedicated to their customers. And I must note the that shipment came from California (and I'm in Ontario Canada), so that was MM USA too. Hmmm.

Hey now!!:girl****: MM has its faults as well as the other companies. I one time received a batch of quick sets that were damaged beyond usable but yet the shipping box didn't have a scratch on it. It just showed that they sent me a product that was already damaged. I called and complained (which I'm fairly good at doing) and they sent me a new box out. I always keep extra supplies just in case something like this happens.
Clint do you mind telling us what reservoirs MM sent and are you sure they will not work?

oh ya, they are the big resv that the 715/722 use and I have the 515, they wont work.
I called this AM and they are over nighting me replacements so I will have them tomorrow

when I called, I said, I just recieved my order and its half wrong. the cust serv rep was almost dumb founded that it was wrong... lol.. anyway, I will have my replacements sometime tomorrow so I can begin pumping again... and how I miss it, lol.
