Pump problems

My sister -- 45 -- is having repeated problems with her MiniMed 507 simply STOPPING! She appears to be doing everything correct (she goes over this stuff with people from MiniMed and others) and we've had some serious problems in this regard.

Has this happened to anyone else? Ever? Thanks. I need to know.

tell her to upgrade her pump to the paradigm or the minimed 508...her pump is very outdated already!! maybe that will help...either that or check the batteries

Thanks. She's trying but she's on Medicaire and apparently they won't pay for another . . .

that stinks...why cant she send that one back and get a new one they will do that i sent my pump back and got a new one because something was wrong with it
