Hello all
I'm saphire, just joined. I guess i could say a little about myself, i'm on novolog flexpen carb ratio divided by 6 now, was 7. saw my endo today and he changed it. Was also on Lantus and he changed me to Levemir 25U am
25U pm. seems to think it'll work better than Lantus.
