The Multiclix that comes with the Accu-chek Aviva is my favorite.

Lasette Plus for Home Use (http://www.cellrobotics.com/lasette/home.html)

there is a product out there that uses a laser. it's stated as painless, but i never knew anyone that had one. There was one I saw in a doctors office in NY years ago, but again, he did not push it. Saying it was expensive, insurance would not pay for it, and that there is no advantage over a lance.

I really like my one-touch ultra soft pen....i'm a wuss, but this doesn't bother me very much...it has several depth settings as well.

Vaculane. Bayer made it. It sucked royally. You don't really need suction with the newer meters cause they only take .3-1 ul. They invented it back in the olden days when meters took 4 ul. And they even stopped making it. Any lancing device will accept an ast cap now.
