A1c result

I'm up 1/10th of a percent. 5.8% was the number today. When I expressed my displeasure of going up 1/10 of a percent, my endo looked at me and laughed... She told me that she doesn't want me any lower than 5.5% because then she'll know I'm going hypo too much. I guess she's never heard of Bernstein? (Not that I'm following his plan...I'm too much of a carb addict!)

I'm pretty impressed that my control is so good, considering all of the health issues I've had in the past months. I know that it'll be going up for the next A1c, because of a new medication I'm on, so I'm going to be watching my numbers more carefully again.

Heh me too rikki but the A1C is great and my endo don't now bernstien ether and on that subject i will try and get a copy of his findings and show that to my endo and i can just see him fall over his chair lol.
