So I was having breakfast at a local Ma & Pa greek restaurant this morning and ordered my bacon & eggs and rye toast buttered. I tolerate this kind of meal without problem.
Both my wife and I noticed that the "butter" was sweet tasting so we asked about it. "We make our own whipped butter and we add sugar to it."
Arrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggh! We both sent it back and used the little tubs of butter on the table.
I never would have expected this, I wonder how many other restaurants sneak sugar into your food! :mad:
