make sure you use plenty of flavorings with them noodles, no need to bolus for them either!

where do u get carb free pasta never saw it at the store b-4?

I've used this brand (http://www.house-foods.com/tofushirataki_faq.html) which can be purchased in CUB foods in the produce section.

Read the directions well and follow them for prep. Also, sauces don't stick well to Shirataki. It''s not quite pasta but will do as a substitute.
