what does my sister need to do to cure her gastroparesis?
she already had a tight control of her blood sugar, she have been using insulin pump for about 2 weeks now

history: her blood sugar used to be high around 200 for about 2 years and 3 months ago she starts controlling her blood sugar and now she has been having neuropathy, she has gastroparesis and her feet often hurt,
also about 3 hours after eating , sometimes there is a food getting stuck right around diaphragm area and it hurts
and when it happens, she also get disturbed by voice, for example: a voice from a television or any voice will rock inside her head hard, and then seeing lights make her head hurt too

I read that gastroparesis should automatically cured when the blood sugar is tightly controlled over some time?
does it take a very long time for a gastroparesis to dissapear by itself? it's been about 2.5 months now and she still having gastroparesis and everything else
I wonder when is this going to end...

please advice
thank you

With the pump, she can do an extended bolus when she eats to offset the effects of the gastroparesis.

I am not sure gastroparesis can be cured, but there are several things that you can do to help.

Take insulin after a meal.
Extended bolus like Cyborg mentioned or a dual wave bolus if you are making a correction before a meal.

ok so make the insulin pump deliver the insulin after the meal in 'extended bolus' mode?

or make the insulin pump deliver the insulin during the meal in 'extended bolus' mode?
