It appears that the cops are being over zealous again.

My word what a bizzare situation to be in. Just lucky they had Tasar guns and didn't shoot him with live rounds. Poor, poor man. Too much coffee and doughnuts making the cops hyperactive me thinks.

Just another reason they are now adding miniture video cameras to tasers. Two departments around me have purched the cameras and are on their way. They simply record everything that is going on at a webcam quality level from the time the taser unit is switched on.

I don't know the full story above, but it could be excessive force, and if it is, then I hope tohse officers are punished appropriately.
