Hi everyone my name is Ms. Mystery. I am new at this so please bear with me. I am trying to lose weight so hopefully I won't have to take diabetic medications any longer. So far I have lost 10 lbs, that is a tremendous milestone for me. Hopefully things will progress rather smoothly for me from here on. :proud:

Welcome Ms. Mystery. Glad you found the forum. What meds are you currently taking? How long since you were diagnosed.

Good luck with the weight loss...I'm struggling with that myself, but it does help bring the #'s down.
