Unomedical Inset question

When I disconnect to shower or bath, I try to put the little plug in. I have forgotten several times though. With the old ones I used with MeniMed (pig tail things--can't remember the name) she said that is not a problem since it is self sealing anyway. Does anyone know if these are also? If I forget the plug will it hurt anything?

I never use the plug while showering. No problems yet...

I never use those little caps. I've been told they're good if you're worried about getting a chunk of soap caught in the edge of your set, or to avoid irritating your partner with a rough edge while being intimate. ;) Neither of those has been a problem so far.

The Inset is also self sealing.

I don't use the plug either and have not had a problem. I think the Insets are great.

I also like the Insets. I used to use the caps, but save them now for places like the beach. I prefer not to get sand in any part of my set while swimming.
