Per Tony's request I am trying this again with a wider variety. I agree with Tony's logic and therefore am starting this new post to see if a better month is available.

Therefore, select the months that are best for you. If most of a month is out, but one week is really good, let us know.

I put June, July, August...however again it's the latter end of June, then all of July and the first part of August. :)

I put all mainly because I'll go anywhere anytime. My work doesn't need more than a 1 week notice (and heck, I could take vacation starting tomorrow if I wanted.) Depending on how this turns out, I'm still thinking it will be the same time as this year, the last week of June.

For me it would depend on the location....for some it I could go any time...for others it would be limited. Just depends on where it ends up!

I chose June for purely selfish reasons. I travel in March and July, so June is free for me.
