I am a gentleman from Saudi Arabia who was diagnosis with a start of type 2. Ever since I am doing a lot of reading and action for better control and I think I am doing fine and time will tell.
I browse these forum topics all the time and I am getting great tips and advise.

currentely i am on diet and excersies with Glofathch medicine.
i will be doing a test late this week.
