I discovered on line resource that is free.
A free nutritional database from Kelpiesoft.
Follow this link:

Food File Download Information (http://www.kelpiesoft.com/applib/foodfile/)

It has thousands of foods. Have you found others that you like please share them???

It has filters and I put in I wanted to search for foods that were low carb, fat free, low calorie, low sodium and sugar free... The first choice was 86 proof vodka. This is true but it really is a good database for trying to figrue your way through diet options....

CalorieKing - Diet and weight loss. Calorie Counter and more. (http://www.calorieking.com/)
The Glycemic Index (http://www.glycemicindex.com/)

Those look great. Are they all free or do you have to pay for calorie King

calorieking.com is free. I bought the book and carry it with me, along with a small diet journal. Using the website let me pre-plan, and eat at the Cheesecake Factory (the Weight Management California salad was tasty, extremely satisfying, and fit into my eating plan).

I also like fitday.com.

Does anyone know a website where you can enter all of your recipe ingredients and it will calculate your nutrition facts?
