Actually, according to the calculator on their site, an ice cap made with milk is 32g, and one made with cream is 33g, so you need to eat 2 timbits (6gs each) to make up the rest of your bolus buddy!!!!

I looooveeee Tim Ho's. Their Ice Cap is good! I also "over bolus" and "pre-bolus" for it.

I work at Tim Hortons but have never had an Iced Capp. They just looked like they are so sugary. I know I work there and should know how much sugar is in them guess going to have to grab a nutrition guide and check it out.

I will stick to my XL TT with sweetener. Now those new fruit bites that have come out------------ addictive especially the blueberry ones. Also nothing better than warm honey crueller timbits hot from the oven.

Morning Mogrann! I see that you get a TT with sweetener - do you ever order it and trust that they're really going to use sweetener? Or do you just make sure that you make your own coffee? I always order mine with the sweetener on the side so that I can do it myself because too many times my coffee would get passed through the drive-thru window with sugar in it and I wouldn't know until I tested myself later.

I actually buy the Tim Hortons coffee grinds and make it at home now too! It took us a while to find the right ratio of coffee and water but now we have it down pat! Gonna go pour myself one right now actually! (ok I won't lie - I actually asked my daughter to pour it for me!:))

I bet it works because you get a carb spike early. I'd watch for lows 4-6 hours later. If so, do the superbolus thing and cut the basals.

Blueberry Danishes are the absolute best, but they're very hard to find. If you are ever driving through Nova Scotia, make sure to stop at Oxford, the blueberry capital of the world, just off the highway!
