On 24th august
As he already knew of problems i have been having over last 15 months, and my diabetic nurse also keeping him up to date with my progress. He said he's quite happy to let Jane carry on re the pump, but he did mention islet implant, tho he said this might be impossible because i'm to old (charmin man) However as i tried to explain to him i'm getting p***** of now trying to get things right, but no matter what i do i get no joy and really down about it all, i so need to be allowed to go back to work. My A1c was 9.3 but as this has been done diliberately (not by me) he didn't seen to concerned at moment.
He also wants me to be tested for addisons but i don't think i'v got that, as i suffer with low B.P and have done for a good few years, so a little worried over that now, and don't know what to think. My under active thyroid test was 0.3 so he lowered my thyroxin to 125mg one day and 100mgs next day and so on, thyroid problems "no i don't know much about results and whats normal and what isn't and what it's best at"
I just don't seem to be able to get on top of things, and it's really getting me down, so sorry about going on.
