Interesting indeed. No big surprise to me, though. I have tried it both ways, with regular exercise and without. I definitely prefer life with it. In addition to the increased diabetes control and better weight management, I feel better when I exercise regularly. I feel better physically and emotionally.

Some months back, I posted a potentially motivating tidbit from Men's Health. It seems that men who are fitter are also more likely to be sexually active more often. Exercise has a wide range of benefits, it seems.;)

Without too much detail, I can assure you that having a baby in the house reduces at least one benefit of regular exercise.:rolleyes:

Although, I have discovered that he is useful for added resistance when doing abdominals. I will hold him up in the air while doing situps. It makes them a bit more challenging, especially the part where I have to dodge drool.:eek:
