BG & A chainsaw...

I was using a chainsaw one afternoon and had a test and have a BG of 10 / 180 and chopped up a tree that was too close to the house. Anyway i have decided to have a rest and another test and saw 6 / 108 :thumbsup: :top: And i have some more to cut so have a mars bar (That's a chocolate bar) and that has helped me to continue my chores that afternoon.
Would you call that good management. :D

i call that excelant becouse stress will raize bs on certain diabetecs, and i am shure you were under some kind of stress becouse the tree didnt fall on the house -----good job ----my bs drops sonner when i youse my chain saw than a lot of other things i do

Seems like you have a very good knowledge of your body and what you need to keep ontop of things. I usually tend to go for a high energy carb drink like Lucozade or something like when needing a boost. I used to carry chocolate when hiking and camping as do most hikers for a quick energy boost.

Thanks Rich, You know what to do if you are about to put stress on yourself and take the right food at the right time and it's an art in doing just that!!
Just today i have had a good day in management in control and it's somthing that i should do more of other than sitting in front of this machine. I guess that there is frends here. :D

Thanks Volyball, It's all about ballance as i know what i can eat and what to do in the near future to burn off those carbs. The thing is that some of us want to have a holiday from having to manage our way of life.
As for that chocolate bar that i had that afternoon is seen here. :T
