Finding a insulated bag?

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can get a insulated bag that can plug into the lighter in my car? I live in Texas and if I go in anywhere I have to carry my bag that contains my meter and insulin in with me. It can get extremely hot in my car in a matter of a few minutes so I cant leave my bag in the car. Thanks for any information you can give me.

I use a large Igloo lunch cooler (has a flip to the side top) and a very large blue ice thingy. Keeps cold for 24 hours even in the hot car. Keep my insulin and everything else in there. I also use a Frio pouch (insulin is inside the pouch). Also good for keeping restaurant leftovers cold! :)
