Hi
I've recently come back to running after a year layoff...

My question..I wanted to do 3 miles on the treadmill at home this morning...my sugar was 80..where should my sugar be to do a 3 mile run without fear of dropping. I think it should be over 120...

Could I get some feedback?

80 is too low. 120 sounds good. Also keep all those other variables in mind too: IOB, time since eating, the phase of the moon, you know, all that dangerous stuff if not accounted for.

A 3m run may also make you go high, especially if you are not used to it.
