Hi Group,

Do you know of supplements, or anything to lower high blood pressure in general.
What you eat or you don't eat, Like drinking decaffeinated coffee & sodas.

Or any over the counter meds.

I read that high blood pressure also affects the pressure of the eyes. Is this true?

Yes, don't have children! Sorry, I have had a bad day. :( My husband's doctor told him to eat fruit and nuts, and high fiber foods, such as oatmeal and to quit smoking. He lowered his BP some by doing that, but didn't make a big difference until he started taking a pill for it.

I don't smoke & I don't add salt to my food.
& have reduced my caffeine consumption.

My BP is about 137/82 it's not very high.
Yesterday it was 129/78 but I still want to know if any people
here on the Forums have any other ideas to lower it.

Thanks for the replies.
