After having medicines changed 5 times in 4 months, Janumet has really made a difference. It is a combination of Januvia and Metformin (50 mg Januvia/1000 Metformin X 2 daily). Thusfar, it has been my "wonder drug." BG dropped from 8.9 to 6.2 with very little changes in diet. Hope everyone has the same luck.

Wow! That's great:) Congratulations and I hope it keeps working well for you. I just hope it doesn't cause you to have any lows at this rate of BG droppings. . .

The nice thing about Januvia is that it only works when blood glucose is high. So it doesn't cause lows.
