Are cold feet and hands a symptom of a hypo?

I just had the craziest hypo ever. I was just sitting there watching tv and all of a sudden my hands and feet start getting cold as ****. Then I get this crazy adrenaline rush and start feeling really confused. I start panicking and run to test my blood sugar and its at 93. For no reason I start getting hungry so I eat 2 big cookies and some OJ. I test again and its at 71. I drink some more OJ, it goes up to 94, and about half hour later its at 150. That was by far one of the craziest hypos ever because I felt a lot of adrenaline. Has anyone ever felt adrenaline and coldness everywhere as symptoms?

It's one of many symptoms that I watch out for. But then it can also be sign of Hyper, sometimes. Depends on which phase the Moons of Saturn are in.
