very odd symptom with high Bg's

12.00pm lunch today my Bg tested 4.6/82.
ate 85grams carbs for lunch bolused as normal. (it was rice ;) )

2.40pm and i feel really drowsy and theres this feeling like something is fluttering/wriggling in my chest! tested...yep...Bg 9.3/167!

i had it bad pre-diagnosis, woke me up at 3am on several occasions. no pain, just like my heart was trying to jump out of my chest cavity!

anyone else get this?

My racing/fluttery heart is what caused me to go to the doctor at which point I found out I had diabetes. I had started waking upin the middle of the night with it and a huge feeling of anxiety. I just knew something was wrong with me.

Fortunately, I've not been troubled with that since diagnosis.
