From what i've read, women can have sexual difficulties with diabetes because high blood sugar causes nerve damage (neuropathy)....there are a lot of nerve endings in the genitals, so it stands to reason that these can be affected. This can cause problems with lubrication and decrease in sensation. Also, when blood sugars are "out of whack" you feel bad and lack energy, which would certainly cause problems sexually as well. The best way to keep any sexual problems at bay is to keep blood sugar levels in control.
If you're having these type problems, i'd suggesting checking with your gynecologist, as other things besides diabetes can cause the same problems (such as menopause, hormones, some antidepressants and BP meds, and probably other meds as well).

If I'd managed sex 44 times in 8 days I would feel both proud and lucky. Fair play to you :D

Ive heard that almost 100 percent of Diabetics are low on Testosterone and Magnesium, why I do not not know. I wonder what else were low on besides little to no onboard natural insulin.

On a serious note:
If a diabetic has circulation problems (men) would that effect erections? Since circulation or blood flow has to do with length and width, would it affect that also?
Man I hope not......I am in enough trouble already!!!

Poor circulation and uncontrolled blood sugars would definitely affect quality of erections. On a more encouraging note, there are medications and devices that can help with this. I'd suggest seeing a urologist for more information and discussion of options that will work for most men. Also, diabetes isn't the only condition that can affect erections. Some BP meds, antidepressants, stress and even aging can cause problems.
For a diabetic, proper blood sugar control is very important to minimize the potential for sexual dysfunction.

On a more encouraging note, if you take care of your diabetes, you can avoid/reverse existing damage to your system and not rely on medical enhancements.
I like to reiterate this to men as it is a great incentive to do the effort to stay healthy maybe to the chagrin of their wives or safes

I refuse to believe that, there are lots of things you can do to increase and maintain good testosterone levels. Diet and regular exercise being the biggest players here. Targeting your core muscles (abs, obliques, lower back) can significantly have an impact on testosterone levels. So guys with washboard abs usually have more testosterone than guys with a keg sized beer belly. Your core muscles also atrophy at a much slower rate than the rest of your muscles, that just means that once you achieve results (hard, flat abs for example) it's easier to maintain those results as oppose to other muscle groups.
Alcohol is one of the worst things you can consume with respect to testosterone. Alcohol lowers testosterone, the more you drink, the more it drops, simple as that.

Washboard abs is muscle definition as well as low body fat. You can have stronger muscles and they not show. There may be lots of fat guys with hidden washboard abs so I don't think its a good indicator. And beer bellies don't always come from beer. Testosterone is like diabetes as heredity has a big role in its production.
Alcohol may lower testosterone but when you're drunk, you think you're the worlds greatest lover. Which is better from the man's perspective? The answer is obvious from the woman's perspective

I have an friend that had the big beer looking gut and never had any energy. His lipid panel way off track.
Lucky for him he had friends in the medical community and one brave sole wrote him a prescription for Testosterone injections.
Within a couple of months the fat melted off this guy and his lipid panel turned into very impressive numbers.
His family Doc wanted to put him on at least 5 different Meds. These Meds are nothing more than patches on the problem and do not, I reiterate do not solve the problem.
What a cash cow. Not to mention all the adverse reactions from Ace Inhibitors, Depression Meds, ect....
This guy returned to his Dental Practice plays Golf and has energy to spare not to mention he needs none of those drugs.
I bet not all would be fixed like this but I bet a lot would be.

And where do you see guys that look like that, mostly in the kind of enclaves that SanFran is famous for.

Might want to check your history, not that long ago, if the couple couldn't get preggers, they couldn't get married.
Can't find the name right now, but one of the Famous Puritan ministers had sermon on the glorys of what men and women did together.

All true.
Instead of my normal 'beer, tv and bed' routine, I skipped the beer and did 10 abdominal crunches. My wife had to beat me away with a stick.
Strangely, I now have a hairy back. Not sure if this is related to the increased testosterone or the fact that the carpet started malting during the crunches.

If only it was as easy as just exercising to get hard, flat abs.
In actual fact getting hard, flat abs has more to do with stripping body fat than exercising the ab muscles.
You could do thousands of situps a day and see nothing for it unless you do strict, and I mean very strict dieting because most guys hold fat in the waist and it's the hardest fat to get rid of.
Lean, hard mid-sections are usually a genetic inheritance.

Man, are your priorities all wrong!!!
You need some time between workouts and foreplay.
