Battery Cap

Last night I went to test and inserted a strip in the CozMonitor and the metal flange that goes under the battery cap peeled the edge off of the cap. I went ahead and tested and things were fine. Called Smith's this morning....wow...they are sending me "a couple of battery caps" and a cartridge cap of two or three....and it took me about 10 minutes to convince them that the pump was working OK and there were no visible cracks around the battery cap. Spectacular customer service!!!

I had the same good experience a few months ago with the battery cap. Nothing but nice folks there in my opinion.

I've not had a problem with the cartridge cap yet, but I could see how it could go, it's just plastic. Perhaps I'll ask for an extra.
